Magik when in Limbo Taking Debuffs/SP3

Devs/Mods,
Magik when in her limbo state, pre update 24.0, was able to restore all health lost due to any damage source, including debuffs such as bleed. Granted she would continue to bleed thereafter but any health lost during that period would be restored. This is currently not happening when Magik enters limbo. I have also noticed against some-but not all champs, when the opponent utilizes a sp3 while Magik is in limbo, that damage taken is not restored as well. This can be reproduced many times against Hyperion for example.
