Black screen at start of fight

I have been experiencing this problem repeatedly lately. I had just used 5 tier 4 health potions for war and when I hit the fight button my screen went to stealth suit spidey with tuening wheel and then boom...it's black. I had to exit the app and lose half the health I just used and subsequently lost because of this. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. What's goung on Kabam??? Get this fixed!!!
