I'm stuck on variant and act 6 so i decided to try my luck in the infamous labyrinth with my 4/55 sparky. I brought AA for magik and some attack synergies and went to fight red hulk. Like a good little labyrinther i first checked sparky's attack to see if it passed 2000, as indeed it did:

However, when i fought red hulk, he entered death phase before he was even halfway dead. I was not playing slowly. I quit, reentered, checked my attack, and fought again. Died while he was at 67%. I read on the forums at some point that the first timer should last 5 min and the second should last 9 min but neither lasted more than 3 min. What is going on here?

I have the glass cannon mastery but my attack is still past 2000 without it

It's base attack without masteries. You're very close looks like you need one more attack synergy.
