Invisible chat box/Cannot type in chat

Hey guys, I need a little help. On my account when I chat it doesn't appear. I've even done some testing and it affects it even when i change devices. I also can recieve messages from different acc but cannot respond. I can even get screenshots if need be. It started when there was a storm last night, and persisted until this morning. Sorry for any inconvenience.
