I think Kabam should increase the chance to get 3,4,5,6 star champions in crystals .

    They have. It's called grandmaster and cavalier crystals.

    I know but I want to talk about the percentage of getting good champions in the crystals

    I get more higher champs now than ever. Four 4* and 1 5* in the last week. Used to take over a month. Drop rate is fine.
