Agent Venom vs Gwenpool vs Blade

I'm trying to decide who to upgrade first. My goal is to build a good team for Act 5 chapter 2. I only have enough resources to upgrade one of these.
Blade 4* 4/40 (44 sig)
Gwenpool 5* 2/35 unawoken
Agent Venom 5* 1/25 unawoken
I could potentially upgrade both GP and AV.
I have Spiderman and Venom as synergies for AV.
I have no real good synergies with GP.
I have GR as a synergy with Blade.
Any thoughts?

5* Gwenpool is great.
Agent Venom is not so great.
You should focus on Blade (even as a 4*) and Gwenpool (even being unduped).
