Class trip refund?

I probaly misinterpreted the warning but I'm sure it said any materials used to open the gate would be refunded. It's no biggie if I dont get refunded, but can someone clarify how the refund is supposed to work?

    I totally agree, the way it's worded makes it sound like you can exit a class trip and you will get your ticket back. kabam need to fix this. We don't get that much of the shield tokens/shards that we can afford any to spare
