They said last time it's always a 50/50 chance to pull the miniboss who isn't used for the last quest. That being said, the odds of avoiding SW this long are getting slimmer and slimmer.
I don't much care this week. It's having to face Hype all the time that's just ridiculous. Meaning I'll be more frustrated next week when we don't see SW again.
The only truly way to make it random is when you get to map 5 6 and 7 it can be any champion in the game as mini boss. Change up the Ultron Drones, Sentinels and whatever.

Which is absurd in the first place. Why do map rotations have to be subject to RNG as well? Every single thing in this game is RNG dependent and it’s getting ridiculous. What is the downside of having an actual AQ rotation? Variant 1, 2, 3, then restart to 1. Is there really an issue with this?
The third variation of map 7 has also been missing. My guess is there are some serious bugs that they are trying to fix on some of the maps. You know...since clearly the first two variations already had significant issues.
Guys, sorry but if the people are thinking this is RNG they are wrong, when you make a program to do RNG you need to put it 100% in 3 times, so is 33.3 %, its imposible in 4 rounds doesn't appear SW and the coincidence is we had the same sequence (Hyp->MS->Hyp->MS->Hyp->MS->Hyp->MS)
The truth is simple, we only have 2 mini boss per map(morningstar-hyperion in map 5). or they don't make the third mini boss (SW) or dont want to put her in the AQ, is easy to a dev do this.
So or they put SW in the next 3 week where the AQ sequence start again (Hyp->MS->SW) or they will not put her never in this AQ seasson
Hyp = Hyperion MS = Morningstar SW = Scarlet Witch
Scarlet witch would be too easy to defeat. Just bring in an poison immune champion and you’ll be fine (because scarlet inflict poison, weakness and heal block by doing critical hits on her) Probably a few more debuffs in case I forgot some
I'm generally a believer in RNG; and it's statistically perfectly possible to see this pattern by chance.
However I'm also a pragmatist and given that this is affecting multiple map levels, in a fun-but-bug-ridden game it seems really more likely to be some kind of bug in the coding for RNG (which is never completely random). I agree with @V1PER1987 - why not just have a rotation?

It's Hyperion 50%
MS 50%
Scarlet Witch 0%
That isn't RNG it's planned.
Have not encountered the map 4 OG Deadpool mini boss as of yet.

Sorry for my english
Looking at the guide they gave us, it looks like we're stuck on Variations 1&2:
