Anybody else's OG DD not evading when projectiles are being thrown at him? Just faced Agent Venom in Arena with OG DD and when AV used his Sp1 DD did not evade at all. My DD's sig is 60 and that's a strong 91% chance to avoid projectiles so why isn't OG DD evading?

Agent Venom has a passive that reduces enemy evasion by 50%, his L1 adds an extra 30% for 80% total evade reduction.
