Stealth Spidey Evading IronmanIW

in Bugs and Known Issues
Fighting Stealthy in Uncollected & he keeps evading IronmanIWs repulsor blasts. Is this a bug, anyone else experiencing this or am I just missing some abilities/buff interaction? Think he evaded Iceman too while coldsnap was active.
