Is 4 Star Namor worth taking to 5/55?????

I can't make up my mind if I want to take my 4 star Namor to 5/55. I would really love a 5 star (obviously) but who knows how long it will be before I get him. With that being said.....do you think it is worth it? He is duped, level 40 right now I think. Comments are greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
