    Only person broken is Cull. And no they have had champs that have been out for years. They need fixed first

    Another reason that older champs should get buffed first is that most players have, say, a Hulkbuster. A tiny minority of players have Ebony Maw at the moment. That will change, and when it does, they might buff him. But there’s not really any reason to buff him now.

    After testing it, i must admit Maw is a little weak

    He has good utility and its missions are pretty simple but apart for his sp2 he doesn’t do much damage

    And for its deterioration, unless duped, you have to wait 1m 15s for the black tongue, just to have 1 deterioration every 6 secondes

    Too much time in order to use the champion at its full capability
    Maybe if duped but unduped he is too weak to be really interesting
