Hulk Ragnorok Face Me Bug

I’m trying to complete act 5.3.6, and whenever I use Hulk Rag on the iceman his face me doesn’t activate for the cold snap at the start of the fight. I play on an iPhone 8 with everything up to date

    Face Me activates on passive DOT. Coldsnap is a debuff.

    As the previous member said, not a bug, as Coldsnap is a debuff and not a passive DoT ability
