Aspect of chaos bugged in dungeons

Aspect of chaos wasnt switching healthbars on the enemy , I was 8%hp as a 4* mephisto and when the switch happened, the nightcrawler who I was up against was 79% and so was I. Ofc I couldnt constantly keep tracking it since I was also trying to fight an evading nightcrawler and the gameplay was quite hectic but Im 100% sure the node is bugged , fix it please

P.S : Implement a player dungeon report section please, right in the first dungeon room a guy started trolling and going to a random path
