RNG... And t4 class fragments

i Need: 9000 t4 cosmic fragments.
i used: 47 t4 cc cristals
i got: 1 time cosmic

But i dont cry about rng being manipulated, i was just reeeally unlucky. Anybody knows how to get These 9k fragments fast? Cuz i am waiting for the last t4 cosmic to get vtd to r4!

    Same here but for science t4cc ! Overflow for all other t4 class cats, but i rarely got science. Of course I got plenty of science champs to rank up, this would not be funny otherwise ...
