But what they should do is lower the price of these offers, I mean seriously, 800 units for 3 tier 2 [insert class] catalysts, some tier 4 class ISO and some t3 basics with barely any gold? [4 star rank up package] that's some bs! Not to mention basically every other offer is extremely overpriced

I completely agree - but that's the point, if they were cheap and available to everyone (economically) then the game would progress much faster/too fast and would inherently make those resources much less valuable - even if they seem it now.
Nah, I realize that not everyone has a lot of time to grind arenas (I myself am limited to the total game time I have) but even a few arena fights a day can go a long way. The biggest thing is using them properly and wisely. Don't be silly and try buying a whole bunch of revives for a quest you can back out of and restart. Don't buy the bogus unit offers kabam puts out. Resource management is key for a lot of areas in the game, including units.
I mean, kabam makes a lot of money off of people buying units for featured crystals. Make the (main) resource used for said revenue super easy to get in game, you start to lose income, and the game doesn't last for much longer. I realize there are other offers they put out that makes them money as well, but not nearly as much as they gain off of feature crystal sales.
As it stands, between arena milestones, arena crystals, calendars, solo/alliance events and the units you get from monthly EQ (of course not from the UC difficulty) I think it's a pretty good balance of how to get units in game.
Anyone voting yes, just wants everything given to them. This is a long play game.. see people in global with unnamed 3*’s as top 4 complaining they need 5*’s. Seriously? Then you look at their profile. Arena fights: 266 YOU DONT DESERVE THE WORLD JUST CAUSE YOU WANT IT.
It would help most if the health pots were all percentage based and some of the costs lowered for items. It shouldn't take over 1,000 units to revive a champ if u make a mistake and they die. I know this topic has been mentioned a ton of times but it would save units.
