I desperately need any rarity of vulture so I can get 100% on the monthly side quest.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get him?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    kill 50 vultures as part of the solo missions?

    I believe arenas count too

    Does anyone have a reliable way though? I cant find him in any campaign content or special event content. And I've spent my whole day on arenas for spidey objectives and havent fought a single vulture.
