6 Star Gulk for Endgame content - thoughts?

Never used Gulk properly before, is he still a good champ at an endgame level? Specifically, within Variant 1 and 6.2 are there any paths/bosses that Gulk is good for? I've seen he's good against Magik and Dorm but I already have Void and Blade at 5/65 to combat them - are there are any other champs he's great against?
I also don't have Heimdall which I know is essential for the 6.2.2 Mr Sinister Boss
