Arena Help Requests resetting after doing Dungeons

Before I thought it was just lag, but I noticed it only happens after I start doing dungeons, I’ve seen a similar post on this somewhere.

Please look into this it stops me from grinding both arena and dungeons, I’m sure I’m not the only one

    Just sent a ticket about this. I’ll hit help from alliance tab during “alliance help” event and got zero points in event, miss out on rewards.
    Fighting in arena I’ll press help to refresh my champs, an hour later come back and it’s like I never hit help in first place and have to hit help again. Extremely frustrating and it ALWAYS happens with all 5/6 star champs and sometimes 4*.
    I’ve done all the troubleshooting suggestions from support but it still happens every time.

    BUMP issue is still happening, I’m barely in my beginner bracket and I can’t grind arena and dungeons at the same time cause of this.


    How do we get the mods to actually look into this?
