Dungeon 5 Star Basic Crystal requirements

Good day, I wonder if there is a minimum number of 5 star heroes required to purchase the 22k artifacts basic 5 star crystal. The other 5 star crystals require 16+ when you click on them however this one doesn't say anything so I presume that anyone can get it?

I wonder because in the dungeon tier 2 of the rewards section it says you need 6+ 5 star heroes to unlock the crystal in the shop but there's no requirement when you click on it in the shop. Thanks.

    I have 15 5*s and I can access and purchase it. My guess is you have to have 8 5*s minimum as that's the latest tier I have achieved.
