Post approval issue

Hi, I recently spent about 15-30 minutes writing a buff idea and it said it needs to be approved. I've read previous posts and people say it's because I've already posted about it multiple times. This is the first time I ever tried to post about it and I've had no recent warnings. I'd hate for the post to disappear because I have so much info on there. If a moderator is reading this can you tell me why its pending?
