I don't think there can be any event since next month's events already announced. Maybe a rare title "Love you 3000"?

The game isnt set in the MCU and in MCOCs universe Iron Man is still very much alive.

Debatable. Many of MCOC’s Iron Men are still alive, however in Phantasmagoria it was implied that the Iron Man from universe 616 (our Tony) was very much dead after the events of Endgame.

I don't think so. The main mcoc timeline Iron Man is dead. In this month's EQ the new Stealth Suit Spidey and an Iron Man from another reality have an emotional conversation (emotional for Peter). That scene made it kind of obvious that the main timeline Iron Man is dead even in mcoc.
