Permission slip missing

Did anybody came across the situation that the permission slips are missing

i purchased 4 level-3 permission slips of class trip event quest and i think one slip is missing

Is this a malfunction or just my mistake

Its almost impossible to say without any evidence. I don’t think there’s anyway to go back and look at shield marker purchases. None of mine went missing, so if no one else has had this issue it may just be you bought 3 when you thought you bought 4.
