**UPDATE - iPAD STUCK FLICKERING SCREEN**
The 47.0.1 hotfix to address the issue of freezing & flashing lights on loading screens when trying to enter a fight, along with other smaller issues, is now ready to be downloaded through the App Store on IOS.

So, my ws is r4 5* and am having some sort of issue proc'ing the power burn. Anyone ese having issues? It's been kinda going on since the started messing with the pi silently.

    It's only a 15% chance on crits so it's not something you expect to see often. Precision certainly helps and crit rate synergies. Also use the sp2 since it has a lot more hits all of which can be critical if you want to drain. Sometimes it happens a few times in a row, some fights you don't get any drains. Just have to get lucky.
