She-Hulk without ramp-up

As the title states, I’m wondering how good She-Hulk is without ramp-up. I have her as a 5* and I’m considering bringing her to rank 3, but I’m not too fond of keeping up her furies since it’s kind of stressful. My other options are 5* unduped Masacre and 5* unduped Mr Sinister.

    If you can learn how to play her efficiently she’s probably beyond god tier I’d go with her

    Oops sorry about that. But I meant how she does if you play her slower or against smaller defenders, and the furies tend to fall off

    I know how to use her, it’s just I was wondering if there was an alternate playstyle that didn’t depend on building up her furies
