Quake vs She Hulk

So I just pulled a 5* Quake and was planning on putting She Hulk up to r4 before that. Should I still plan on that? I know She Hulk definitely hits harder at a higher rank, but because Quakes playstyle is quirky, does she benefit as much since she doesnt actually hit?
