How do I know if Kabam responds?

So I sent them something via support, how do I know if they will respond, because I have the call number or whatever and I don't know what to do with it, please help.

When you submit a support request, you'll get an automatic reply email back with a ticket number. This means the request was received and you'll get a response. You can submit a request using the "Support" link in game or this form.
