Coming back after 2 years need help

I stopped playing about 2 years ago. Recently decided to come back and was a bit overwhelmed at the amount of content that is available to me now. Thing is, I don't know where to go to start. Here is my top heros.

I found a good alliance to get me back into things but am finding it difficult to progress since I gifted all my currency when I quit to a family member. Any help is appreciated

Venom and gamora are treally really good champs now, definitly rank 4 worth, you could choose any of them to rank up

Venom, Void, Star-Lord and x-23 are the only ones worth ranking up.

Grind the Basic 4* arenas, there are some awesome champs coming up, Havok, Mr. Sinister, Cap IW, ... you'll get all your resources from there as well (gold, units, ISO).

Join a good alliance, hit AQ and get rankup materials from the Glory store.

i would rank up as per this - scarlet witch, venom, void, x23, mephisto, colossus (soon he will get buff), star lord...
