5 Star Task Master?

I just opened a 5 Star Crystal Which gave me a 5 star Task Master.
How Good is he?

Is he useful?

    i think he's underrated. fun to use.

    He has a unique play style, but he can be excellent. He was my second R4 5* champ back in the day, and I still find him useful and fun to play. You have to get used to throwing heavies in the 1 second window right after you hit his target attack to make the heavy basically a guaranteed hit amd immediately queue up the next target attack. But once you get that timing down he becomes quite formidable.
