Task Master not applying armor break on SP2 even after multiple debuffs applied on opponent

Has the opponent triggered a buff prior to you activating an SP2?

I just tried it. The wording on the SP2 indicates that he will apply an armor break for 10 seconds that reduces armor for “x” amount per buff triggered by the opponent during that fight.

It worked for me but only after the opponent triggered his first buff.
