I farm WS when I need to. I get him down at around ~110 hits with my R4 5* SL

I would but I do not have the best options to make matches end quickly. For me I only have a 4/40 Wolverine, 4/40 CM and 4/40 Voodoo. And the matches take too long to justify it for one, maybe two silver health potions. If it was like before when the rewards were silver revives then maybe.

You can use a 3* star lord to farm pots in realm it's better then most 4*s

I farmed over 300 pots in ROL for LOL they are also all good champions to practice intercepting on since you can pretty much get all the way to scarlet witch without dying so you get a variety of long fights to practice

This is the best way to farm pots, also a nice way to get gold as well. Taking on WS and CM with an R4 SL takes only two energy and about 4 minutes of your time.
