Which nodes would be best for a locked Mr. Sinister in AW?

I recently got a 5 star (locked - 2/5 rank) Mr. Sinister and I've been testing him out in battle but so far, I've noticed he's decent at best when he's not awakened so to further test his abilities, I decided to throw him into an upcoming war as a defender. Does anyone know which nodes he should be on?
I was thinking of placing him either on the "Immunity to all debuffs" node or on the "100% regeneration/recovery node". I had heard that the Masochism nodes was also a good choice but I'm wondering if he's worth being out there as a defender (I replaced my 4 star Emma Frost (awaken- 4/5 rank). Do you guys think I should keep using my Emma Frost instead of my Mr. Sinister?
Side note: I also recently got a 4 star Nick Fury. Any suggestions for the nodes I should place him on it?
