There are currently 14 dead alliances out of the top 35. The fact that these 14 take up spots in tier 1, with the higher multiplier, which you’ve just decided to increase in disparity is ridiculous. Moreover, 6-8 of them are so high from past seasons that there is virtually no way of breaking into the higher tier when starting in a lower tier, as the other half of the alliances in tier 1 are made up of members that used to be in these dead alliances. What you’ve now created is an endless loop where 16 alliances can just swap back and forth and maintain a stranglehold on the tier 1 multiplier every season. You need to figure out a way to exclude the alliances that are not actively searching or participating in war from securing spots in tier 1, so that the actual % of alliances that are participating is true to the actual % that is supposed to qualify for the higher multiplier. It’s ridiculous that totally dead alliances that are not enlisting or placing take up those coveted spots. It would be like the Seattle SuperSonics having a spot in the playoffs every year.
