Can i have a quick view on youre sig Stones?
Because, as there is gonna be a generic 4 star gem for free in just 3 weeks, you may consider ranking up Omega red first and then you could rank up symb supreme, who will help you much more then medusa on youre Level.
If you have at least 40 sig Stones (generic + Mutant) then its Omega red imo, then Symb supreme and then Medusa

(Thats only my opinion)
