Vision power drain

He is not draining doctor voodoos power...I have heard of this issues with other heros, but I can confirm this one.

    Does Voodoo have Brother Daniel on you? If so, then you would have your abilities reduced by 50%, which would cause you not to take power, similar to fighting Magneto. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
