4 star havok expected cutoff?

Hey guys so I'm grinding arena targeting a champ for the first time and want to know what the cutoff is.
I'm in the beginner bracket.

Grinding all the milestones should be more than enough, but if you want to be really safe maybe go for 2mil, though I don't think it will be that high in the beginner bracket
