Tech 3>4 rank up gem

I got a tech rank up gem... I have sentinel unduped and I think he is probably a good candidate to receive the gem... HOWEVER, iron patriot might get buffed... should I hang onto the gem to see how that turns out or just use in on sentinel?? Or..? I already have starky and nebula at r4 for the tech class

    If you need a double immune 5* champ then I'd r4 Sentinel and just keep saving up t2a for a possible IP buff, because who knows when that'll happen
