I haven't done this fight myself @Human_Iceberg2, and I'm not in any hurry. But there are more Fury-ing poison immunes to choose from (they're just old and most aren't very good).
Obviously it's great to be able to give any poison immune a fury with Heimdall and Angela. And yes, that's probably the best option. You mentioned...

So basically the big problem is 5*/6* limitation. This never had any valid reason, just bad, especially for f2p
I think that the valid reason for this is that this content is not for everybody, it was designed for advanced players and I don't think it's too bad since the other option is power up the fights of put on ridiculous nodes to make it harder.
So it's OK for me, this is a long time game, no need to rush content
i found it super easy with my 6 star r2 ghulk and the heimdal + Angela synergy you can oneshot Mr.Sinister very easy. I feel bad for the people that don't have this combo because then the fight is just bs

What is the point of holding people back that can do the content with four stars? Unless you don't really want to punish them, you want to punish players like myself that have enough champs to finish the material but not being able to be afforded all the synergies we have in our rosters makes the content unnecarily harder or in other words it makes us use more units.
I have Heimdoll, Hela, and Angela all as four stars ready to go but for act 6 I only have Angela as 5* or above. I been playing for four years. So how does making me wait help out anybody but Kabam? I think its supposed to entice me to buy cavaliers which I'm not saying is wrong, it just personally makes the game less enjoyable.
One option I haven't seen mentioned is mr sinister cable iceman/emma frost. it's a random chance a a fury buff on mutant champs but an option if you dont have hemdall Angela/hela. You can also try omega red. With that team. Not perfect but another option
