2. Enemy is Power Locked/ Enervated on Reaching a Bar Threshold (Might Have the Same Problem as Current Sig Ability)

3. Reduce Enemies Healing by x Amount

4. Increasing She Hulks Crit Rate and or Damage

5. Something Else
