Void or Corvus Glaive to Rank 5?

I finally have the ability to take a five star to rank five. I ran a previous poll with many more options, but two came out on top and the vote was too close to declare a winner and so I'm going to have a vote off between the top two. The top two finalists are Void and Corvus Glaive.

My Void is awakened. Void's debuffs are obviously awesome and I can't imagine how powerful they will be as a maxed Rank five. It's fun to play Void against Mephisto, or anyone that has regeneration, and to then watch their health drop when they're supposed to be regenerating health, to keep Hyperion's power generation at bay, and to slow down champs that evade.

Corvus isn't currently awakened, but he could be. He's obviously an incredible power hitter and you can't have enough bleed immune champs, as well as his other immunities. It's fun to have the fight over quickly. His critical Hits are so super powerful that I don't know whether to awaken him.

Currently, I'm in 5.3 in the story quests and maybe that is something to consider.

You will get more benefit from the 5/65 damage from Corvus, Void @ 5/65 benefits mostly from more health not as much damage. If you going to take corvus to 5/65 I would look very carefully at awakening him for prestige & that awesome undying ability. as reference I have a 5/65 Corvus & a R4 Void, void does what he needs to do at 4/55.
