I just tried to open a 5 star featured, it doesn't seem to count towards the 7 day event? Is there a reason as to why?

    This is correct. Opening a Featured 5-Star Hero Crystal won't award the points, but opening the basic 5-Star Hero Crystal will.

    That kind bully us to be fair your guys said it wil giv for us daily what we dos and oppen but then you falsely advised so pliz stop doing that.

    That is definitely a slap in the face then. For the free trial, yeah it's not a big deal, but for someone who goes on and pays to use this service every month, to deny them those points is wrong. You know that most players who pay the money are going to be players who take advantage of the cost help and open featured over basics due to prestige champs tend to be in features.

    I'm not saying they should get more points for using a featured, but you're still using the same earned shards as if you would have opened a basic. You should be getting at least some points towards this.

    Did we lose a day on the “7 day solo event” as even in screenshot it shows 5 days instead of 6 days and counting?

    So the cheaper basic counts but the more shards needed for a featured 5* you get from trade in does not. Makes complete sense, seems legit!
