I just downloaded the new update from Google play Store but the update got stuck from game

It just struck from the screen for one hour. I restart the game many times but it stuck there and not downloading. How much mb it needs to be downloaded?

    There is an indicator at the right side above the blue bar but it is difficult to read.
    When I did the download, the blue bar was not even seen, I just see the "round" icon spinning and the words Updating... took less than 10 minutes though (on Android).

    I am wondering if it makes sense to delete the app and re-download instead (for your case).
