i'm assuming that you are already at the end, so this is mostly a "I want to awaken someone" situation: in this case, i would use the gem on thor, i think that he is one of the few champs that must be awakened to be used at all (i really hate that 20% cap on his SP3); for the 5*, i would go with carnage, he easily deserve the gem more than antman or the duck.

this is only if you are doing this for fun, if not i would really wait for better champs, both for 4* and 5* ^_^
