UNFAIR BAN ON MY ACCOUNT

Hello,
I am jamieq21492 and have been playing the game for a few years on and off. Recently I downloaded the game again and logged in to my account to find that the opponent did not attack. There was obviously a glitch in the system but the game worked perfectly.
Kindly note that it wasn't my fault or actions that led to this error but I was playing regularly nonetheless. I put a lot of time and effort in the game.
Today I logged in to find out that I have been banned for 720 hours for a violation of terms and services.
I believe it is unfair because it wasn't my fault the system glitched.
I don't mind if my progress is reset to what it was the last time I logged in but the ban is unfair and it upsets me.
What should I do regarding this?
