Bleed isn't as potent like before

4* X-23 at rank 5 description states that critical hits as a 80% chance to inflict 1,281.1 bleed damage over 5 seconds. But I've noticed her bleeds only tick for 131 over that 5seconds. I do got 4/5 deep wounds. And to even add those 2 extra seconds still doesn't add up to 1,281.1 bleed damage. Its the same with Gwenpool. Her bleed damage is significantly less...
Can a mod shed some light?!

    Each "tick" takes place every half second...so there will be 10 "ticks" every 5 seconds. 10 x 131 = 1310 damage.

    The bleed ticks are every half second
