Game balancing

Talk about game balancing, so you guys are giving buff to annihilus and human torch who were just released couple months ago, what about other champions such as ebony may, diablo etc? Do they not deserve a proper balancing?

    You know they aren't just doing those 2 right? I'm sure they'll get to them as well.
