DD Classic vs Collector

I’ve done act 5 once but I gotta 100% 5.2 wondering if DD classic if I Duped him I have enough sig stones to 99 my 4* is a good option for the Collector cause of his Evade or if there’s better Champs I should look for ???

Specials are one part of the equation
If I recall correctly the collector also reduces AA over time. Best champs are high damage burst that require min ramp up.
I used Corvus for my 100% although he was 4/55 :^P
If you want to avoid specials power drain is best imo

He can’t also negate the pover drian or pover bur to with the aar so it rng
