Not receiving Rank Rewards for Class Advancement

Hey guys, I haven't received Rank Rewards for the last 2-3 Class based Advancements over the last week including Science Advancement from yesterday.
What is the best way to figure out where the issue is and how to ensure I get them??

    You probably just didn’t do enough to get rank rewards, probably not actually an issue going on. If you believe you did do enough then submit a ticket to support showing them your score. Best solution possible, mods here won’t be able to do anything.

    Rank rewards are only for the top 20%. If you didn't get rank rewards then you aren't in the top 20%. There is no issue.
