Zeroed out Alliance War ratings

However, my alliance had had its rating dropped during the initial correction, which is what @Kabam Lyra was likely referring to regarding "did not reduce War Rating for any Alliances who were frozen but lost their war." Was this post to the community wrong, like so many other posts by Kabam's moderators? Or was there some other reason we were dropped.

We've been trying to get answers for 5 days now, in the forum, with direct messages, and with support tickets. The forum and direct messages have not been responded to, and the tickets were just shuffled into the "frozen war" pile. So now I'm seeking answers from the community. Did anyone else lose their frozen war and then later have their rating drop? Is Kabam Lyra's post mistaken, or have the other people who lost their frozen wars maintained their rating and some unknown reason was the cause for our drop?
