Need to replace inactive players

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
We have some players who have gone inactive and would like to replace them to run 3 full bgs. Map 4 AQ. Run 2 bgs for war. Trying to fill up to run 3. Super friendly environment.
